Summary
The Contact Center Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing a team of sales representatives within a contact center environment. This role oversees daily operations, monitors performance metrics, and ensures the team consistently meets or exceeds established sales goals. The position plays a key role in driving sales effectiveness, maintaining service quality, and supporting overall business objectives
Essential Functions
Team Leadership
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of sales representatives.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to enhance team morale and productivity.
- Set clear expectations, goals, and performance metrics for the sales team.
Training and Development
- Develop and implement effective training programs for new and existing sales representatives.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to ensure the team is well-informed.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor and analyze individual and team performance metrics.
- Implement strategies to address performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback and recognition to team members.
Work Schedule Management
- Coordinate and manage the work schedule for the sales team.
- Oversee the shift assignments and ensure coverage during operational hours.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to optimize overall workforce efficiency.
Customer Engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for customer engagement and lead generation.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Remote Work Oversight
- Manage and support the team during remote work on Sundays and Mondays.
- Implement strategies to maintain team connectivity and productivity in a remote environment.
Reporting
- Generate and analyze reports to track individual, individual, and service provider performance.
- Provide regular updates to upper management on sales achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Education & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales leadership or supervisory roles.
- Strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Knowledge of water heater installation industry or related field is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
