Box Office Buyer (W-2 | Hourly)
We
are seeking a reliable and
detail-oriented Part-Time
Box Office Buyer to join our
growing team. This is a W-2
hourly position with a
flexible, part-time schedule.
In
this role, you will complete in-person
box office ticket purchases at major Southern California
venues, including Honda
Center (Anaheim) , Kia
Forum and SoFi Stadium (Inglewood) , with
occasional purchasing in downtown
Los Angeles and Hollywood .
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned box office locations
for concerts, sports, and live entertainment events
- Purchase tickets in person using the
company’s order system and company-provided
credit card
- Accurately record purchase details in the system
- Deliver or ship purchased tickets to the
office following company procedures
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Physically able to drive, ride, or walk
to venue locations
- Own a smartphone and are comfortable
using mobile apps and online systems
- Available to work a flexible
schedule of approximately 2–20 hours per week , based on
venue availability and ticket purchase requests
- Able to work within the general timeframe
of 10:00
AM – 8:00 PM
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through
- Dependable, trustworthy, and easy to
reach by phone or text
- Strong verbal communication skills
