Workforce Administration Intern - Fixed Term (6 months contract)

About the role

As a WFA Intern, you will support the Workforce Administration team in delivering high-quality HR services to employees across Latin America, with an initial focus on Colombia and potential exposure to additional markets as your learning journey progresses. The role combines employee support, HR operations, and the opportunity to gain experience with key HR systems and processes in a dynamic, international environment.

Key duties and responsibilities

- Support day-to-day Workforce Administration activities, including employee requests, leave administration, and absence processes.
- Assist with employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and offboarding processes as training progresses.
- Provide timely and professional support to employees, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Maintain accurate employee data while handling confidential HR information with discretion and professionalism.
- Learn and work with HR systems and service management tools used by the organization.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and administrative projects within the HR Service Delivery team.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different countries and HR functions to support operational excellence.

Skills & experience

- Strong customer service mindset and ability to build positive relationships.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn new systems, tools, and HR processes.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- English language skills are desirable but not mandatory. Candidates with English proficiency may have opportunities to support additional markets.
- Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel, is desirable but not required.

Qualifications & education

- Currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources, Humanities, Modern Languages, Literature, or a related field.
- Previous customer service, administrative, academic, or internship experience is a plus, but not required.
