Marketing Assistant, Brand Shiseido (1-year Contract, Korean only)

The Marketing Assistant provides comprehensive support to the Marketing team in executing various marketing initiatives.

This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of daily marketing activities, supporting promotional campaigns, and contributing to overall brand growth and visibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Marketing Promotion & Campaign Support

- Assist in coordinating and tracking monthly promotional activities to drive sales.

- Ensure all promotional materials and exposures adhere to brand and retailer guidelines.

- Monitor daily operational issues related to promotions and proactively assist in resolving them.

- Update sales performance reports by franchise and campaign.

2. Product & Materials Management Support

- Prepare and distribute stock issue reports to relevant stakeholders.

- Manage testers and collateral materials for campaigns and CRM programs .

- Coordinate the production, procurement, and distribution of locally produced collateral materials.

3. Marketing Team Support

- Provide support for competitor analysis, translations, and brand-building activities.

- Manage administrative tasks, including processing external and internal orders and expense reports.

- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager to support team objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in marketing, with a strong interest in the cosmetics industry.

- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to completing tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) .

- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
