Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days)

Key Responsibilities

- Site Operations & Equipment Execution
- Multi-Stream Supervision & Coordination: Coordinate and supervise site activities, contractors, and subcontractors for projects of Applied, Unitary, and Service to ensure efficient site operations.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with main contractors, M&E contractors, owners, consultants, and internal teams on project execution.
- Installation & Readiness Tracking: Fully manage and follow up equipment delivery, site readiness, and installation progress closely.
- Technical Guidance: Provide installation guidance and technical coordination for chiller, airside, and other equipment supplied by Trane
- Quality Assurance, HSE Compliance & Technical Support
- HSE Strict Compliance: Enforce absolute compliance with site safety, quality, and project regulations across all workflows.
- Commissioning & Issue Resolution: Support commissioning, testing, and site issue resolution, with a strong focus on solving equipment troubles of Chiller, Airside, and Air conditioner systems.
- Defect & Punch List Management: Coordinate urgent service support and follow up defects, punch list items, and warranty issues to ensure successful project handover.
- Site Monitoring & Reporting
- Progress & Risk Monitoring: Monitor site progress, proactively identify risks, and escalate issues when needed to protect project milestones.
- Meeting & Progress Updates: Attend site meetings and prepare professional progress updates and site reports for internal and external streams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or related major.
- Strong understanding of engineering workflows, quality control, and site safety regulations.
- Knowledge and experience of Chiller, Airside, and HVAC equipment installation and site practices.
- From 5 years of experience in HVAC project execution, site coordination, equipment installation, or fulfillment.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, acting as the primary contact at the site.
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities under high pressure.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is preferred for customer communication.

Working Conditions

- Mobility & Travel Flexibility: Site work and business travel required; ability to travel across Vietnam to support different project sites.
- Urgent Support Availability: Availability to support urgent site and service matters when needed.
