Your Opportunity

The Production Technician reports to the Production Supervisor and supports the manufacture of pharmaceutical-grade products in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and applicable FDA requirements. This position performs production operations, maintains accurate documentation, and supports safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing activities.

Core Responsibilities

- Perform production operations including loading and unloading processing equipment, filters, vacuum dryers, freeze dryers, and related manufacturing systems.
- Collect samples of intermediates and finished products as required by SOPs.
- Perform in-process testing and support packaging operations.
- Complete batch records, equipment logs, cleaning logs, and other GMP documentation accurately and timely.
- Identify and report potential cGMP issues, deviations, safety concerns, and equipment problems to supervision.
- Sanitize and clean production equipment following approved procedures.
- Receive, transfer, stage, and inventory raw materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory and material usage records.
- Operate powered industrial equipment and material handling equipment as authorized.
- Wear required PPE and comply with all environmental, health, safety, and quality requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - High school diploma or general education degree (GED), required.
- Previous manufacturing, pharmaceutical, chemical, biotech, or GMP-regulated experience preferred.
- Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
- Ability to follow written procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and compliance.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods.

Work Environment:

- Manufacturing environment supporting the production of pharmaceutical ingredients and biologic products. Position requires adherence to cGMP requirements and use of designated PPE .
- Be able to work in a hot and cold environment.
