This role is suited for an experienced L&D professional who can move beyond program delivery to consult, influence senior stakeholders, diagnose capability gaps, and demonstrate measurable business impact through thoughtfully designed learning and organizational development interventions.
What you’ll do
The Lead – Learning Specialist will partner closely with HR Business Partners and global learning teams to deploy learning solutions connected to leadership and functional excellence across India.
Who we’re looking for
- Design scalable, blended learning solutions aligned to business, regional, and global learning priorities.
- Build leadership and functional capability through learning interventions
- Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual learning experiences that enable reflection, practice, feedback, and behaviour change.
- Build strong partnerships with leaders, HR, global learning teams, SMEs, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end program planning, governance, communication, vendor coordination, and implementation
- Measure learning effectiveness and share insights that link learning investments to capability growth and business impact.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 10–12 years of progressive Learning & Development experience, with demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders to build capability at scale.
- Experience supporting technology, engineering, semiconductor, or global matrix organizations preferred.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
