A role you will love

As part of the Group Finance team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely internal and external financial reporting for Computershare Beijing WFOE and its Shanghai Branch. You will support key accounting operations, including month-end closing, billing and invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable activities, while providing financial support for both business operations and client-related activities.

Some other key accountabilities will include:

- Generate accurate invoices; Investigate and follow up on unbilled invoices; Ensure invoices bill on time accurately and interfaced to fusion correctly.
- Apply daily receipts as per bank statement; Investigate and follow up on unknown receipts, provide information to business on any discrepancies; Perform liquidation items.
- Handle daily vendor invoice and PO matching transactions; Ensure all payments are properly input and approved according to approval level; Prepare payments for company account and client’s account; If any return payments, evaluate the follow up action. Ensure disbursement items recharge to client properly; Review and process employee expense claim.
- Work with Finance Manager to proceed the accounting journals to Kingdee per PRC standard; Compile the monthly true up for each business cost center; Prepare monthly accounting journal and post to Fusion per IFRS; Generate the P&L report for business departments.
- Prepare the monthly cross-border payment for transferring staff & company’s fund contribution to trustee CPM AU account; Settle the CPU interim & final dividend distribution and the vested share selling, proceed RMB payment to beneficiary staff.
- Take part in system projects and accounting system streamlining.
- Other tasks assigned by management.

Some other key skills required for the role:

- At least 3 years of related working experience with bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
- Strong accounting knowledge and demonstrated application.
- Customer focused with excellent communications skills. Responsibility, effective planning, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Deal with varies stakeholders and response proactively to their needs; Understand the importance of accuracy and operational impact.
- Adapts to change, is open to new ideas, takes on new responsibilities, handles pressure, and adjusts plans to meet changing needs.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; native Chinese speaker with a good command of English.
