About this role
Responsible for assisting the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications in our specialty and conventional outpatient retail pharmacy. Obtain patient information and insurance coverage required to process prescriptions. Triage inbound phone calls and redirect to appropriate staff. Requires attention to details and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Must obtain Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy Technician Registration by June 28, 2026.
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Trade School Pharmacy Technician Training Program Preferred
Experience
1 year experience as a Pharmacy Technician Required
Licenses
PA Registered Pharm Tech Required
Certified Pharmacy Technician Preferred
