IT AUTOMATION EXECUTIVE (Technology)

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to support and manage the organization’s technology landscape, automation initiatives, AI-driven transformation, Data Security and IT infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations, supporting business process automation, organization’s digital and technology vision by building secure, scalable, and future-ready technology systems, while consistently delivering measurable business impact. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in enterprise IT, digital transformation, and data security, combined with a demonstrated ability of translating technology investments into tangible business-aligned outcomes. This position demands a high degree of ownership, execution excellence, along with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage data security frameworks including Data loss prevention (DLP), Zero Trust architecture, insider threat monitoring etc.
- Ensure 100% compliance with applicable data protection regulations and industry standards.
- Continuously assess and strengthen organizational security posture through proactive risk mitigation
- Define, Design and execute the AI roadmap and automation initiatives
- Drive process automation and efficiency improvements
- Oversee and optimize Salesforce platform usage, and dashboards, ensuring scalability and performance
- Drive Salesforce adoption across teams, minimizing dependency on Excel and Word based processes
- Manage IT infrastructure strategy with a focus on high availability (99.99% uptime) and scalability
- Ensure robust system performance, reliability, and disaster recovery capabilities
- Optimize IT expenditures through vendor management, performance tracking and automation
