- BE/ MTech/ME -Mechanical /Thermal
Experience
- 4 to 5 years in: Product Design & Development Compressors or other rotating machinery Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or related industries
- Experience handling medium to complex engineering projects

Product Design & Development
- Own projects from concept to release
- Create design concepts
- Validate functionality, manufacturability, and performance
- Generate drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation

- Planning and scheduling

- Ensuring on-time delivery
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with engineering, manufacturing, testing, and labs
- Coordinate prototype builds and performance testing
- Conduct design reviews and present results to business leaders
