COMPANY OVERVIEW: Dover’s Vehicle Service Group (VSG) is the global leader in vehicle service equipment. Accurately input and manage inter-com orders into ERP, ensuring all data aligns with internal policy and commercial terms, and generate reports to track daily & monthly bookings.
Coordinate and arrange import transportation for raw materials or components, liaising with the forwarders to ensure efficient delivery with right cost. And track the shipments proactively with the stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end import customs clearance, including preparing and reviewing all necessary documentation (e.g. invoices, packing lists, B/L, and certificates of origin), resolving any customs clearance issues promptly.
Manage full lifecycle of the bonded processing manual(e.g. application, amendment, mid-term check, and closure) in accordance with customs regulations. Monitor the inventory of bonded materials and finished goods, ensuring accurate reconciliation between physical stock and manual records.
Ensure all import activities in line with local customs regulations, trade laws and internal compliance policy.
