An exciting opportunity exists at our Riverina Plant for an Apprentice Maintenance Fitter. We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual who is committed to providing an effective professional service. Responsibilities:
- Participate and complete the necessary on and off the job training in order to become a fully qualified fitter;
- Following safe work practices and procedures;
- Working with and under the supervision of tradespeople;
- Following all instructions from tradespeople and supervisors and
- Attend TAFE as required .
Criteria:
- Current apprentices considered
- Strong technical attitude;
- Demonstrated interest in the trade;
- Good communication skills;
- Organisational and time management abilities;
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently;
- Ability to work a range of shifts.
