How you will make an impact:

- Automate/standardise/deliver commercial dashboards/reporting, analytics and strategic insight needs to deliver business outcomes
- Create customised reports to provide insights for stakeholders to make business decisions
- Aggregate data from different sources and ensure data integrity
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, execution cadence of change/new reporting/dashboard requests
- Identify issues and provide recommendations for process improvement in collaboration with stakeholders
- Perform data integrity and manipulation tasks such as merging duplicate records and establishing proper ownership of existing accounts and contacts
- Support Strategy with Data Stewardship and Governance Initiatives
- Drive best-practice for adoption, usage, data maintenance & integrity
- Other incidental duties

What you'll need (Required):

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data/Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
- 3 + years experience in full-stack software development, tool development, database design, analytics and dashboard creation
- Proficient with PowerBI, Tableau and SalesForce.com (SFDC)
- Advanced Excel including complex formula and data manipulation

What else we look for (Preferred):

- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with consumer AI solutions (Copilot, Claude code etc.)
- Ability to understand and analyse industry trends
- Knowledge of database, data warehousing or data sciences
- Experience in documenting data flows, business processes, power point presentations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to speak to varying levels across the organization
- Good computer skills including related tools and systems
- Solid knowledge and understanding with BI, reporting, data mining, or multi-data center applications
- Analytical approach to problem-solving; ability to use technology to solve business problems
- Strict attention to detail

- Fluency in written and spoken English
