The Opportunity
Join Cushman & Wakefield’s Logistics & Industrial Brokerage team and build practical experience across leasing, sales, client relationships and business development.

Working alongside experienced brokers, you will contribute to live assignments while developing the local market knowledge, network and commercial confidence needed to grow your career in industrial property.

Job Description

What you’ll do

- Support leasing and sales transactions across the South Sydney industrial market.
- Assist with property campaigns, inspections, enquiries, proposals, submissions and client updates.
- Help prepare listing content, inspection materials, Heads of Agreement, offers and transaction documentation.
- Maintain accurate property, client and deal records and track key transaction milestones.
- Research local listings, transactions, occupier requirements and emerging market activity.
- Build relationships with owners, occupiers, investors and industry stakeholders.
- Contribute to pitches, proposals and new business opportunities.

About you

- You have up to two years of commercial real estate experience or a strong interest in building a career in property brokerage.
- You are ambitious, relationship-focused and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- You communicate clearly, pay close attention to detail and can manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- You bring strong customer service, stakeholder-management and Microsoft Office skills.
- A qualification in property, real estate, business or a related discipline is preferred.
- You hold a current real estate license or are eligible to obtain one where required.
