About the Role:
In this role, you will play a key part in bringing trade marketing plans to life by executing national and customer-specific activity plans, as well as channel and promotional strategies that drive business growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will monitor trade marketing budgets, prepare regular performance reports, and turn results into impactful presentations that support decision-making.
Main Responsibilities:
A significant part of your work will involve ensuring the smooth operational management of trade marketing investments within the company's systems while maintaining accurate and compliant documentation for promotional campaigns and trade marketing services . Additionally, you will coordinate the supply of POSM and advertising materials, ensuring they are available where and when they are needed.
You will also take the lead in monitoring the placement and visibility of advertising materials at points of sale, leveraging company tools such as MDS, SFA, and Power BI to ensure strong execution in the market . Alongside this, responsibility for maintaining documentation related to advertising materials and coordinating local POSM production projects will be part of your day-to-day activities.
To support efficient business operations, you will collaborate closely with Finance and other internal stakeholders, manage contract approval workflows, and work in SAP to create and process purchase requisitions (PRs). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic FMCG environment.
About You:
You bring at least one year of experience in Trade Marketing, Key Account Management, or a related commercial function, and you are eager to develop your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Advanced Excel skills come naturally to you, allowing you to work confidently with data, analyze results, and transform insights into meaningful business recommendations.
Additionally, you have a good command of English at an Intermediate level or above, enabling you to communicate effectively with different stakeholders and work comfortably in an international business setting. Strong organizational skills help you manage multiple priorities, coordinate projects efficiently, and keep track of important details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
A successful candidate is analytical by nature and enjoys working with numbers, while also possessing excellent communication and presentation skills. You are comfortable sharing ideas, presenting results, and building productive relationships across teams. Moreover, collaboration is one of your strengths, and you thrive in a team-oriented environment where achieving common goals is a shared effort.
Finally, you are a confident user of the Microsoft Office suite and enjoy leveraging technology and business tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance.
