Job Description

We are looking for a  Logistics and   Sales Operations Assistant  to support a leading player in the motorcycle industry. This role sits within the Sales Operations team and focuses on administrative coordination across  orders, logistics, invoicing, and vehicle registration processes .

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and wants to grow within an international project.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage and process  orders, registrations, and administrative sales activities
- Coordinate  transport requests and logistics for sold motorcycles
- Handle and approve  license plate requests and legalization processes
- Monitor and follow up on  production and delivery delays
- Ensure all documentation for vehicles (new, used, and pool bikes) is  accurate and complete
- Maintain close communication with dealers and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

- 1–2 years of experience in  logistics and sales support roles.
- Background in the  automotive/motorcycle sector is a strong plus
- Degree in  Business Administration or similar.
- Strong knowledge of  Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Portuguese and English is required (Spanish is a plus)
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Interest in data analysis and ability to identify patterns
- Attention to detail (error awareness)
- Time and priority management
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive and solution-driven
- Able to work independently
- Strong communication skills
