HR Technology Manager

Ford Central and Eastern European Sales LLC is looking for a HR Technology Manager to join us in Budapest XIII. Váci Greens office .

Our HR Technology Manager is accountable for the performance and results of the HR Technology governance intake and demand management activities for a defined scope (e.g., Skill Teams and/or Client Groups). The role is responsible for building trusted stakeholder relationships, ensuring a consistent and transparent intake process, and facilitating prioritization and enterprise alignment of HR Technology requests. With a focus on governance, change management, and continuous improvement, the role works cross-functionally with Human Resources, Enterprise Technology, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), and Oracle Human Capital Management teams to assess request context, confirm completeness, apply prioritization frameworks, document decisions, and support effective transition for delivery execution. The role supports the smooth functioning and evolution of HR applications and processes through disciplined governance, data/security compliance partnership, and operational excellence.

Professional background:

- Bachelor’s degree or master’s Degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field and/or commensurate work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience with a master’s degree or 8 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree, in HR Technology or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s Degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field and/or commensurate work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience with a master’s degree or 8 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree, in HR Technology or a related field.
- Very strong English knowledge written and spoken
