Process Engineer
The Production/Finishing Department has an exciting opportunity for a results-driven Process Engineer .

Purpose of the Role
You will develop and implement manufacturing methods to ensure production is carried out in the safest, highest-quality, and most cost-effective manner.
Working from within the production environment, you will collaborate closely with Quality, Engineering & Maintenance, Supply Chain, Business teams, and other stakeholders to improve safety, quality, delivery performance, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve issues arising during the manufacturing process.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities, reducing losses, optimizing processes, and improving equipment reliability.
- Identify and analyze process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency, and lead improvement projects across production and supporting departments.
- Facilitate and support change management activities.
- Ensure that improvements are properly documented, standardized, and embedded within operational processes.

Profile / Qualifications
- Master's degree or an experienced Professional Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Sciences, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience with process analysis, data analysis, and performance management.
- Knowledge of Power BI, OT/IT systems, Six Sigma, or similar analytical tools is considered an asset.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Hands-on mentality with the ability to translate ideas into practical improvements.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
