We are looking for a organized and people-orinted HR & Store Administrator to to join our flagship store in Kungsträdgården, Stockholm. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our employees and managers in a fast paced retail environment. The position is on site and report directly to the HRBP of Sweden.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process in partnership with store management, including candidate screening, interview coordination, job offers, and onboarding.
- Preparation and maintenance of all employee paperwork e.g., contract and onboarding information, right to work checks, attendance forms, any other documents held on the employee file
- Time and Attendance - Management of all time and attendance processes, in close collaboration with store managers and payroll
- Updating of HR systems and staff records e.g., new hires, leavers, contract changes, transfers on site
- Advising managers on employee relations, labour law and work environment matters,.
- Support t he store in work environment, leadership and labor law related questions in labor law related questions on site
- Support implementation of HR projects and share relevant information to store on a regular basis.
- First point of contact for employee queries regarding payroll, contract, holiday and other employee related questions.
- Managing general store administration, including ordering office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing operational support as required
What we are looking for :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- E xperience with full cycle recruitment
- Previous experience in an operational HR or HR administration role
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines, while maintaining a strong attention to details
- Strong communication abilities both written and oral
- Enthusiastic about working with a team as well as on their own
- Hands-on with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to build trustworthy relationships with stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in Swedish and in English
