We are looking for a Medical Writer & Medical Project Manager to join our Medical Communications (MedComm) team. If you are passionate about scientific communication, enjoy managing projects, and want to grow in a collaborative and dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
## Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and coordinate scientific communication projects.
- Write, review, edit, and adapt scientific content in both Spanish and English.
- Interpret scientific literature and prepare high-quality medical and scientific materials.
- Cover congresses, advisory boards, expert meetings, and other scientific events.
- Coordinate interactions with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Manage assigned projects and act as the main point of contact for clients.
- Identify unmet client needs and proactively propose new projects and solutions.
- Provide scientific support to multidisciplinary teams across the agency.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Essential Requirements

- University degree and/or postgraduate qualification in Health or Biomedical Sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, Veterinary Medicine, or related disciplines).
- Native Spanish speaker or C2 level proficiency in Spanish (mandatory).
- Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong scientific writing, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
- Previous experience as a Medical Writer, Medical Advisor, or within scientific departments of pharmaceutical companies or healthcare communication agencies will be highly valued.
