The WW SSG Marketing Launch Process & Project Manager is a key role within Lenovo’s Solutions and Services Group (SSG), responsible for driving the governance and execution of marketing launches for new offerings, portfolio enhancements, and strategic capabilities. Reporting to the Director, Product Marketing, you will manage launch roadmaps, milestone tracking, gate reviews, executive reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful, on-time launches.

Partnering closely with Product Marketing Managers, Offering Marketing Leaders, and Marketing Executives, you will bring visibility, accountability, and operational excellence to complex launch programs while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and critical business decisions.

What You Will Do:

- Own the day-to-day governance of the WW SSG Marketing Offering Launch process, ensuring launches progress through required stages, milestones, approvals, and gate reviews on time.
- Maintain and track the launch roadmap, dashboards, and status reports, providing visibility into timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and critical actions across active launches.
- Coordinate launch governance activities, including Launch Cadence meetings, Gate Reviews, and stakeholder forums, managing agendas, documentation, follow-up actions, and decision tracking.
- Support the integration of SSG Marketing launches with Concord, monitoring required documentation, stage alignment, milestones, and handoffs while identifying and escalating gaps or inconsistencies.
- Apply and enforce launch-process standards, templates, checklists, and RACI frameworks, ensuring teams follow established processes and best practices throughout the launch lifecycle.
- Proactively identify, assess, and escalate launch risks, blockers, delays, and ownership issues, partnering with Product Marketing Leaders and Marketing Executives to drive resolution.
- Prepare concise, executive-ready updates on launch pipeline health, milestone progress, business risks, decisions required, and support needed to keep launches on track.
- Manage and continuously improve the Offering Marketing Launch SharePoint and knowledge repositories, maintaining current documentation, templates, dashboards, recordings, guidance materials, and onboarding support for new team members.

What You Will Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, launch management, product marketing, or a similar cross-functional role within a fast-paced business environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, competing priorities, and tight deadlines.
- Strong expertise in project planning, milestone management, status reporting, meeting governance, process documentation, and operational execution.
- Experience leveraging AI tools, automations, and AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows, improve reporting, simplify governance processes, and enhance program management efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and executive-ready communications that support decision-making.
- Advanced presentation and storytelling skills, including the ability to create polished leadership materials that clearly communicate progress, risks, key decisions, and required actions.
- Demonstrated success working in a global, matrixed organization, effectively collaborating across distributed teams, functions, and geographical regions.
- High proficiency with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, project-tracking platforms, dashboards, data analysis, and knowledge-management systems; experience in IT solutions and services marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, or launch-related activities is highly preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is advantageous, along with an interest in enterprise technology and its business impact.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is 22,700–33,220 EUR per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.
In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
