Corporate Security Partner

Apple's Global Security team is looking for a Corporate Security Partner to work directly with business units, vendors, and facilities teams to provide security services. Your work will help build solutions to a variety of unique security challenges, ranging from the physical security of sites and events to the protection of our assets. You'll find and develop solutions in order to support our physical security capabilities, increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our operation, and coordinate critical incidents affecting Apple. This position will be located on-site in our offices in Munich, Germany.

As a Corporate Security Partner, you will operate as a strategic and operational leader responsible for protecting people, operations, and business continuity across a dynamic, high-visibility environment. You will partner closely with business units, facilities, and cross-functional teams to assess risk, drive security strategy, and deliver scalable solutions that enable the business to operate securely and efficiently.

This role requires strong judgment, the ability to operate in ambiguity, and ownership of complex security challenges with minimal guidance, requiring the ability to independently drive cross-functional outcomes and influence direction across the organisation, while upholding and instilling Global Security values of Service, Integrity, and Awareness.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience in corporate security, risk management, or a related field.
Ability to work with highly confidential information.
Proven ability to operate independently and solve complex, ambiguous problems.
Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment without authority.
Proven decision-making capability under pressure and in dynamic, high-stakes environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
Demonstrable communication and executive-level presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex security information clearly to senior leadership.
Experience working with vendors, contract security, and public safety partners.
Professional fluency in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing security operations across multiple sites or geographies, particularly within the EMEIA region.
Familiarity with German regulatory frameworks related to physical security, workplace safety, and data privacy (GDPR).
Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or equivalent.
Experience supporting security requirements for construction, expansion, or new site activations.
Background in crisis management, emergency preparedness, or business continuity planning.
Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with law enforcement and government agencies in European jurisdictions.
Prior experience in a technology or high-growth corporate environment.
Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be fully considered.
