About this role
Delivery of technical training to technicians improve technician competency and dealer competency to have capability for FIRFT “Fix It Right First Time” and reduce VOR (Vehicle Off Road) time. Also support market activities to build Customer truth & Customer Satisfaction.
- Technical Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical or automotive engineering, or
- Trade Certificate (Auto Industry Designated Trade) + N4, or
- Trade Certificate (Auto Industry Designated Trade) + N3, with Ford Technical Training Level 1 Qualification
- Extensive experience in the automotive industry, with a strong background in technical training, service in automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
- Good familiarity with automotive technical training processes
- Good knowledge of Vehicle diagnostic methods and practices
- Computer literate and competent with the basic Microsoft office suite
- Must be able to work under pressure and deal with dynamic expectations with the role
- Must be able to work in a diverse team and integrate with the values expected by the company
