Stiamo cercando il miglior talento nel ruolo di Manufacturing Operator basato a Latina.

La persona ricercata sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività:

- Eseguire, rispettando le Norme di Buona Fabbricazione e le procedure di Salute, Sicurezza ed Ambiente il piano di produzione giornaliero assegnato nelle quantità e nei tempi previsti sulle linee di competenza di manifattura, packaging o dispensa, operando con un grado di autonomia in accordo all’esperienza e competenza maturate, utilizzando i mezzi (macchine, attrezzature e sistemi informatici) messi a disposizione per lo scopo, con un elevato standard di affidabilità.
- Se opportunamente qualificato alle attività di operatore polivalente manifattura/dispensa eseguire, rispettando le Norme di Buona Fabbricazione e le procedure di Salute, Sicurezza ed Ambiente il piano di produzione giornaliero assegnato nelle quantità e nei tempi previsti nel reparto di dispensa e/o manifattura, operando con un grado di autonomia in accordo all’esperienza e competenza maturate, utilizzando i mezzi (macchine, attrezzature e sistemi informatici) messi a disposizione per lo scopo, con un elevato standard di affidabilità.
- Lavorare sulle macchine assegnate secondo procedure stabilite, eseguendo gli interventi idonei a mantenere l'operatività agli standard previsti, eseguendo limitati interventi di manutenzione preventiva e richiedendo gli interventi di manutenzione quando necessario, e l'assistenza dell’operatore con qualifica TEO o – in sua assenza – dell’MPS) e/o del SPV, in presenza di difficoltà operative non di routine.
- Eseguire la preparazione delle macchine, ricercando gli eventuali materiali necessari e controllando la loro consistenza qualitativa e quantitativa, secondo le indicazioni ricevute in relazione a ciascun lotto.
- Eseguire la riconciliazione materiali, rese ed eventuali note giustificative.
- Eseguire i controlli documentali, previsti dalla Batch Record Review, legati agli steps critici del processo ed alla chiusura delle fasi intermedie e conseguentemente dell'ordine.
- Gestire la documentazione cartacea relativa ai batch records assicurandone il corretto invio al QA e procedere ad apertura di eventi.
- Affiancare gli operatori junior per svilupparne la professionalità e per aiutarli a risolvere problemi contingenti.
- Se opportunamente qualificato all'’attività TEO svolgere un ruolo di guida per il gruppo di operatori dell’area di riferimento assegnata, coordinandosi con l’MPS e il SPV al fine di rispettare le priorità di produzione (facendo riferimento allo scheduling), proponendo miglioramenti ed ottimizzazioni di processo, sensibilizzando gli operatori al rispetto delle norme di compliance (GMP e EHS).
- Se opportunamente qualificato all’attività OAC eseguire interventi di troubleshooting tecnico al fine di migliorare l’efficienza delle macchine contribuendo in maniera attiva alla riduzione dei tempi di fermo tecnico non pianificato.
- Se opportunamente qualificato alle attività di Operator Support, garantire il corretto supporto alle attività documentali (per esempio aggiornamento procedure).

Qualifiche / Requisiti:

- Diploma o una equivalente combinazione di educazione ed esperienza in campo farmaceutico.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€24,100.00 - €38,755.00
