Key Responsibilities:

· Timely completion of Project within budget. Practicing safety at highest level & completion of project without any incident/accident.

· Preparation of overall project planning

· Preparing Design,Procurement,Construction Schedule

· Preparing & monitoring the schedule (weekly & daily) of the activities to be performed

· Regularly reviewing critical path & adjusting strategy to achieve the goal

· Budget estimation

· Proactively assessing progress and providing solutions to mitigate scheduled delay to optimize project completion.

· Good understanding of P&ID, Isometric drawings, Equipment assembly and GAD

· Engineering and procurement of equipment’s

· Dealing with Detail engineering consultant for project design work

· Design review, procurement, erection, and commissioning of Package items

· Preparation of TBA and recommendation for suitable technology/supplier

· Preparation of QC report for incoming engineering materials

· Leading whole site Construction Activities with Safety Compliance

· Construction quality as per standard & QC check through the expert

· Co-ordination with TPI to ensure quality standards of equipment’s under manufacturing & maintaining documentations.

· Monitoring of site activities like timely delivery of materials, site clearance etc.

· Manage no. of contractors at a time, understand their requirements and provide solutions by coordinating with all stakeholders.

· Material Reconciliation, Measurement of work done and Approval of measurement.

· ERP(SAP) system compliance

· Legal compliance for site development, site construction work, EC and other statutory compliances, Legal compliance in design

· Performing JSA,BBS,Toolbox talk and Safety Compliance during construction of plant

· Dealing with the local authorities and local people

Key Skills

· Ability to diagnose issues and work through Projects.

· Effective decision making

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

· Ability to be strategic as well as tactical in decision making.

· Strong Communication & interpersonal skills.

· Ability to influence without authority.

· Proactive approach.
