We are recruiting for a Sales Specialist to join our thriving Frazer branch in Walsall, WS10 7EQ.

This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday 7:00-17:00.

We are looking for a confident and commercially minded sales professional with experience in internal sales, ideally within utilities, civils, drainage or building materials. You will be customer focused, proactive and passionate about building strong relationships, with the drive to identify sales opportunities and develop your product and industry knowledge.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Build strong relationships with new, existing and lapsed customers.
- Manage enquiries and orders, providing excellent customer service.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Provide product advice across utilities, civils and drainage.
- Develop product and industry knowledge through strong supplier relationships.
- Work with customers and internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
- Support sales and profit targets through a proactive approach.

What We’re Looking For

- I nternal Sales or sales experience, ideally within utilities, civils, drainage or building materials.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with high levels of customer satisfaction and a focus on growing live accounts.
- Enthusiasm, positivity and a passion for the merchant world.
