What you will do

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Brand Manager for EH brands to join our Marketing team. This role will play a critical part in executing brand strategies with excellence, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and driving impactful results across the Southern Europe region.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Supporting restages brand innovation & new product launches through the full project life cycle – from strategic planning, artwork & packaging developments, launch execution, performance monitoring
- Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
- Support local media planning & media asset development for the South Europe Cluster countries, reaching target consumers to ensure that media/comms budget is invested efficiently to drive maximum return.
- Support the Essential Health teams in delivering yearly Business Plans and innovation roadmaps for the brands.
- Work in close partnership with the regional franchise teams and country local brand activation teams in order to assure strategic alignment and flawless execution on key initiatives for the brands across the cluster.
- Develop and manage master brand texts for the Southern Europe cluster.
- Coordinate and oversee the artwork development and approval process, ensuring compliance and timely delivery against regional project timelines.
- Managing and maintaining brand websites up to date
- Analyze market and brand performance data across Southern Europe.
- Identify insights and opportunities to strengthen brand growth and inform marketing plans.
- Ensure that all regulatory and quality processes are deployed and implemented per approved procedures

Experience Required

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Language: Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).

Technical/Functional Skills Required

- Ability to analyse and interpret data and create insightful reports
- Strong analytical, communicational and planning skills oriented towards delivering business results
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
- Highly developed presentational and organizational skills
- Able to interpret and understand complex information
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to deal with matrix responsibilities from multidisciplinary tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
