A day in your life within Transcom:
- Support employee lifecycle administration, helping manage contract confirmations, personnel files, and onboarding/offboarding documentation;
- Assist with day-to-day compensation administrative tasks and compliance monitoring;
- Track basic HR metrics and key performance indicators to help identify opportunities for process optimization;
- Provide dedicated support to employees, serving as a trusted point of contact for HR inquiries and guidance.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated professional working proficiency (C1+) in Portuguese.
- Working knowledge of English (B2+/C1) is valued.
- Working knowledge of Spanish (B2+) is valued.
- A minimum of 6 months of professional experience within the Human Resources sector.
- Good working knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Immediate availability to commence the role is preferred.
