- Offboarding Logistics: Handle offboarding logistics by coordinating the return of company-owned devices and equipment with leaving employees on time and efficiently.

- Offboarding Communication: Communicate clearly with departing employees and managers to ensure an organized offboarding process, and audit to ensure completion of all offboarding tasks.

- Asset & Logistics Management: Take full responsibility for managing IT hardware logistics, including handling repairs, replacements, tracking asset inventory, and managing stock in our offices.

- Vendor Management: Work closely with external vendors to manage equipment returns and replacements, identifying and working with vendors to ensure the best pricing and quality offers.

- eSIM Management: Handle and manage eSIM requests for employees, provisioning profiles and coordinating with telecom service providers as needed.

- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with employees, managers, IT team members, accessory vendors, MacBook fleet logistics vendors, and shipment providers (e.g., DHL, FedEx).

What you’ll bring

- A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

- A customer-service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems.

- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage hardware inventory effectively.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and collaborative attitude, allowing you to build strong relationships across teams.

- Resilience under pressure, with the ability to multitask and manage your time effectively.

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (additional European languages are a plus).

- A hands-on mentality, with a willingness to be physically present in the office four days a week to provide in-person support.
