HR Coordinator – Your Future Position?

As an HR Coordinator supporting the Givaudan Budapest site, you will play a key role in delivering a positive employee experience and partnering closely with leaders and employees across the local organization. This is much more than a traditional administrative role. Main Responsibilities
Learning Coordination
- Become a key member of our Learning & Development activities and help shape learning experiences across the Budapest site.
- Coordinate the annual training plan and ensure successful delivery of learning initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external training providers and ensure smooth training administration and logistics.
- Collect and analyze participant feedback and propose improvements to learning programs.
- Coordinate onboarding and New Manager Onboarding programs while supporting a continuous learning culture.
Employee Relations
- Own and coordinate the complete intern lifecycle at the Budapest site, partnering with managers and ensuring a positive experience from onboarding to offboarding.
- Act as the main point of contact for interns and managers regarding HR-related matters.
- Create engaging HR communications and contribute to keeping employees informed about important HR initiatives.
- Support and enhance the Local HR intranet site through content creation, updates, and creative communication solutions.
Benefit Administration
- Coordinate health insurance and other employee benefit programs in collaboration with external providers.
- Ensure benefit-related information, documentation, and communications are accurate and up to date.
- Support employee recognition initiatives and related administration.
HR Support
- Take ownership of Local HR purchase order, invoice, and vendor management activities, while building strong partnerships with Finance teams and external service providers to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
- Maintain HR documentation, job catalogues, and job descriptions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and employee services.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analyses, providing valuable insights through data and Excel-based reporting.
You Have
- A university or college degree.
- 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in an international environment.
- Fluent Hungarian and English communication skills.
- Strong MS Office skills, and reporting experience
- Excellent communication capabilities.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and openness towards new technologies and digital tools.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
