About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in moderating and hosting live and recorded virtual medical webinars under the guidance of experienced moderators.
- Coordinate with doctors, speakers, and internal teams for session preparation and execution.
- Assist with speaker onboarding and pre-session technical checks.
- Prepare and send session invitations, reminders, joining details, and follow-up communications.
- Assist with post-session activities such as recording coordination, documentation, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; candidates from Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or related backgrounds are preferred but not mandatory.
- 0–1 year of experience
- Good pronunciation and english communication, confidence, and a professional/presentable demeanor.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and support weekend sessions, if required.
