About this role
Role Responsibilities
- Design and develop air-conditioner indoor unit structures (3D modeling & engineering drawings)
- Conduct structural testing, analysis, and design validation
- Support new product development and design improvement projects
- Perform cost analysis and cost optimization activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, performance, and manufacturability
Role Purpose
- Develop indoor unit structural designs, including 3D modeling, drawing creation, testing, and evaluation
- Deliver innovative and cost-effective designs that meet technical, quality, and manufacturing requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Fresh graduates to 5 years of experience in mechanical/product design
- Experience in air-conditioner or appliance structural design is an advantage
- Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
