Job Description

We are currently seeking a Business Planning and Brand Value Chain Intern who will support the Business Planning and Brand Value Chain team in monitoring business performance and contributing to value chain optimization initiatives. The internship will be based in Trecate (NO)

The position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to business planning activities, performance analysis, and cross-functional projects, supporting the continuous improvement of processes across the value chain.

Your opportunity

As part of the Business Planning and Brand Value Chain team at Kering Corporate, you will support the monitoring of business performance, the analysis of key operational and financial indicators, and the coordination of activities across multiple functions. You will collaborate with several stakeholders across the Group, contributing to projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, visibility, and decision-making processes throughout the value chain.

How you will contribute

- Support the preparation and consolidation of business reports and performance dashboards

- Analyze operational and financial KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

- Assist in coordinating cross-functional projects involving Supply Chain, Merchandising, Logistics, Finance, and other stakeholders

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of reporting tools and planning frameworks

- Support data collection, validation, and analysis activities to ensure information accuracy and consistency

- Prepare presentations and insights to support management decision-making processes

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on value chain efficiency and business performance

Who you are

- Graduate or soon to be graduating in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or other STEM-related fields
- You are proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus
- You are fluent in English and Italian, both spoken and written

- You are interested in business planning, performance analysis, value chain management, and data-driven decision making

- Proactive and curious professional, eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced international environment
- Strong communicator and team player, with solid organizational and problem-solving skills
