About this role

Role Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management, retention and commercial growth of MetroFibre’s bulk residential portfolio , while building strong relationships with Body Corporates, Homeowners Associations, Managing Agents, Trustees and other key property stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for Body Corporates, HOAs, Managing Agents, Trustees and bulk-deal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships.
- Conduct regular account reviews and stakeholder engagements.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, expiry dates, notice periods and amendments.
- Drive partner retention and identify opportunities for commercial growth.
- Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement appropriate retention strategies.
- Coordinate operational matters across Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations and Customer Experience teams.
- Ensure contractual and operational commitments are delivered.
- Maintain accurate park and estate information on relevant systems.
- Compile and manage FTTH commission reports for Managing Agents and HOAs.
- Resolve commission-related queries accurately and timeously.
- Attend Trustee, Body Corporate and HOA meetings when required.
- Present service and performance updates to estate stakeholders.
- Coordinate communications relating to installations, network performance, maintenance and customer service.
- Manage escalations and proactively address partner concerns before they become contractual or reputational risks.

Qualifications Required:

- Matric / Grade 12.
- A relevant diploma or equivalent qualification will be advantageous.

Work Experience:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in account, relationship or stakeholder management.
- Experience dealing with Body Corporates, HOAs and Managing Agents will be advantageous.

Skills Required:

- A customer-centric approach with strong follow-through and accountability.
- Confidence engaging professionally with senior stakeholders, Trustees and estate representatives.
