Managed customs compliance and government liaison activities, ensuring accurate documentation, clearance issue resolution, and efficient cross-border logistics operations.
## How you create impact

- Perform final reviews of customs declarations, permits, licenses, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, compliance, and readiness before submission to customs authorities and government agencies.
- Enforce trade control regulations, manage export/import restrictions, conduct security screenings, and ensure precise HS code classifications.
- Coordinate closely with customs authorities, border agents, and government bodies (FDA, TISI, DIT, NBTC, CBWM) for smooth licensing and permits.
Reduce loss files, and oversee duty drawbacks, tax refunds, and bank guarantees.
- Supervise team resources, cultivate professional excellence, and conduct internal training sessions on regulatory updates.
- Maintain technical operations, manage CA Electronic Certificate renewals with National Telecom (NT), and resolve complex clearance issues.

## What we would like you to bring

- Possess a valid Customs Specialist License.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customs clearance, import/export, or cross-border logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of import, export, cross-border, and domestic customs regulations.
- Solid understanding of Incoterms.
- Leadership experience managing a customs operations team
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to liaise with customers, customs authorities, and internal teams.
- Willing to be based in Bangkok and travel locally for customer meetings.
