OUR ROLE
As Senior Manager, Rewards, you will lead and execute compensation and benefits operations across Vita Brands in a global matrix environment. This is a hands-on role for an experienced rewards professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with operational delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring our compensation and benefits programs are effective, scalable, compliant, and aligned with business priorities.
You'll shape reward practices, support transformation, and enable performance-driven decisions. Success involves navigating diverse stakeholders and balancing global frameworks with specific business needs, all backed by strong analytical and financial insights.
Operating within a larger group, you will play a critical role in simplifying and strengthening reward practices, supporting organizational transformation, and delivering successful annual compensation and incentive cycles.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this dynamic role, you will lead and deliver key reward activities across compensation, benefits, incentives and mobility. Key responsibilities include:
- Support design, implementation and administration of incentive programs that drive performance and align with business objectives.
- Implement global strategies, focusing on seamless employee experience and scalability.
- Manage key processes such as salary reviews and incentive design, ensuring compliance.
- Navigate a complex matrix environment, ensuring consistency with organizational goals.
- Deliver high-quality analytics and insights to inform decision-making processes.
- Oversee benefits programs, balancing competitiveness and cost-effectiveness
WHO YOU ARE
You are an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional who combines strong technical expertise with a pragmatic, delivery focused mindset. You enjoy solving complex challenges, working with data, and improving processes, while building strong relationships across functions and leadership levels. You are equally comfortable analyzing compensation models, advising senior stakeholders, and rolling up your sleeves to ensure successful execution.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Over four years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards within a multinational & matrix organization.
- You have a commercial and business-oriented mindset, combined with pragmatic problem-solving skills, allowing you to excel in complex and changing environments.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in compensation modelling enable you to provide valuable insights and influence decision-making across various functions and leadership levels.
- You have experience with HRIS platforms, ideally Workday.
- Strong understanding of compensation compliance, pay transparency, and regulatory requirements ensures adherence to governance protocols.
- High accountability and resilience drive your adaptable and delivery-focused approach in complex, global settings.
