Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients visiting the distribution branch, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and process banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and proactively recommend suitable financial products and services.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, compliance guidelines, and internal bank policies during daily operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize branch workflow and achieve service excellence standards.

Requirements

- Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the financial services or banking sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, detail-oriented, and committed to operational compliance.
- Proficiency in digital banking platforms and standard office applications.
