Dains are hiring for an Insolvency Graduate to join our Glasgow office where you will have the opportunity to grow your career in tax alongside become a qualified CPI Insolvency Administrator.
Our Insolvency Team
Our Insolvency team supports businesses and their stakeholders when a company is experiencing financial difficulties. The team provides advice on recovery and restructuring where the business has the potential to continue operating, while also managing formal insolvency procedures where recovery is not viable. Dains works closely with businesses, lenders, creditors and other stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions and help maximise value throughout the process.
In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced insolvency professionals on a diverse portfolio of cases, supporting businesses across a wide range of sectors. You’ll be involved in assessing financial positions, preparing reports and documentation, managing case administration and assisting with business recovery strategies and formal insolvency processes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a challenging yet rewarding environment where no two days are the same.

Entry Requirements
- Minimum Grade 6 in Maths and English at GCSE level or equivalent.
- A minimum of 120 UCAS points or equivalent (Excluding General Studies).
- 2:1 honour degree/predicated.
- Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
