Royal La Rasante is an exclusive family focused club with 100 years of sporting heritage. Four hectares of leafy gardens with seven tennis courts, two pools and state-of-the-art fitness and spa facilities. The 13,000m² Clubhouse offers social and workspace, networking events, and activities for the whole family.

Job purpose

As a Group Exercise Supervisor you will be in charge of delivering a world class collective courses program that exceeds the expectations of all our members and inspires them to enjoy the benefits of an active and healthy lifestyle.

You will continuously listen to and consult our members and clients. Your effort is to actively contribute to the Members Satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

• You will recruit, appraise, monitor, and develop your freelancers (100+).
• You will manage collective class activities (+ de 200 courses/per week) within the budgetary guidelines.
• You will implement, monitor, enforce and schedule the Collective Classes timetable in paying attention to the member’s expectations, class quality, innovation, and Aspria Standards.
• You will inspire, guide, and motivate your collective class teachers (freelancers).
• You will deliver 3 to 7 collective course classes on a weekly basis.
• Together with the Activities Manager you will take Part in the Club Activities Success, (Cross Departement ).
• You manage administration such as invoices and will manage collective class activities within the budgetary guidelines.
• You take care of the maintenance and inventory of the Studio’s.
• You organize and promote collective course related events in line with the Club Life and Philosophy.
• You actively participate in developing the Studio and Departement strategy.

Profile

• You are passionate about sports, leading a healthy lifestyle and interested in working for an exclusive brand where Customer Service is central.
• You have a degree or equivalent work experience in Sport related field.
• You have experience in teaching collective courses.
• You keep yourself up to date about workout trends, classes, and fitness equipment.
• You are at ease with IT Software and adapt quickly to new process.
• You can work autonomously, and you are stress resistant.
• You are fluent in French, English - any other language spoken is an asset.
• You are flexible and willing to work on evenings and weekends.
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are a leader and team player.
• You have a high degree of cost awareness and have an analytical mind and negotiation skills.
• You are ambitious, dynamic, agile and embracing change.
