1. This staffing request is new hiring for Maintenance  Day/Night Shift Duty. Major responsibilities of  cadidate are: 
(1) Four-Team, Two-Shift rotating duty (day shift, and night shift).
(2) Compliance of safety and Qnity core value on daily work. 
(3) Shift Preventive Maintenance execution.
(4) Resolve equipment failures cases. 
(5) Implement equipment improvement project.
(6) Develop documents and standardizes of maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting techniques.
(7) Learn skill of six-sigma  to support production troubleshooting.

2. Qualification:
(1) Well attitude and good team player.
(2) Electrical or  Mechnical relative Engineering Bachelor degree perfered.
(3) 2 years equipment maintenance experience.
(4) Documentation, Computer, and Presentation skill.
