The KPMG Global Services (KGS) Deal Advisory & Strategy (DA&S) team offers advisory support across deal life cycle space and provides services on aspects preceding and succeeding a deal. Our service networks assess deal demands by carrying out due diligence both from the buy-side and the sell-side perspectives.
The team of over 1,700 professionals boasts proven capabilities in various sectors, such as financial services, consumer markets, healthcare and life sciences, energy and natural resources, industrial markets and TMT,
addressing clients’ needs to resolve complex transactional and strategic challenges.

Educational qualifications
• MBA / Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college/university preferably with major in Finance / Marketing
Work experience
• Strong experience (at least 3 years) in commercial due diligence or strategy consulting with a strong focus on research, data analysis and reporting
