Hourly Pay Range:
$43.69 - $67.72 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Position Highlights:
- Position: Clinical Nurse Coordinator – Interventional Radiology
- Full Time/Part Time: Full time, exempt
- Hours: Monday-Friday-may rotate into on-call
What you will do:
- Provide Clinical Guidance and leadership to nursing staff within the unit.
- Ensure compliance with established clinical protocols, safety standards and delivery of care
- Function as the department charge nurse; assign staff to rooms, relieve staff for meal breaks, coordinate bed transfer/inpatient bed placement, scheduling ad-on cases
- Lead daily huddle
- Rotates into patient care as needed
- Manage staff schedules
What you will need:
- IL RN License
- Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing or Masters degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration preferred
- BLS/CPR, ACLS from American Heart Association required
