You will combine insight-led strategy with hands-on execution, shaping how we grow established brands, launch innovation and partner with surgical communities to address meaningful clinical and system needs.

- Colorectal and Bariatric strategy: lead cross-portfolio specialty plans based on customer and patient needs, bringing together the relevant products, evidence, education, partnerships and market-shaping activity across Johnson & Johnson MedTech.

What you will do

·         Build and deliver the UK Mechanical Stapling strategy, translating customer, market and competitor insight into clear growth priorities and measurable plans.

·         Own the Mechanical Stapling product lifecycle, including positioning, segmentation, value propositions, launch readiness, portfolio optimisation and end-of-life planning.

·         Develop strong relationships with colorectal and bariatric surgeons, clinical teams, professional societies and other external stakeholders to identify unmet needs, strengthen advocacy and shape market development.

·         Lead local new product introductions using Launch Excellence principles, from insight generation and business planning through field readiness, adoption and post-launch optimisation.

·         Partner with Sales, Commercial Education, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Strategic Capabilities and regional and global teams to align priorities and deliver consistently in market.

·         Own forecasting, inventory planning, pricing, tender strategy and discretionary marketing budgets, using data to manage performance, risk and return on investment.

·         Create focused omnichannel campaigns, education and customer solutions that translate clinical and economic value into practical tools for the field and meaningful engagement for customers.

·         Track portfolio and specialty performance, gather market intelligence and adjust plans quickly to deliver profitable, above-market growth.

·         Influence and enable the sales organisation through clear strategy, high-quality training, field engagement and effective indirect leadership.
