You'll develop and implement testing and evaluation methods and create test plans based on production specifications and requirements. Responsibilities include:

- Utilize analog circuit analysis and Automated Test Equipment debug knowledge to troubleshoot test, quality, and device performance issues

- Develop test processes, fixtures and software for automated test equipment for optimized production use

- Establish and influence next-generation test solutions that help achieve the lowest obtainable costs on future products

- Facilitate and support new multi-factory manufacturing test and assembly flows

- Analyze test solution robustness through correlated performance and sameness verification techniques

- Perform yield analysis and work with fabs for yield improvements where applicable

- Lead Silicon Test & Validation development activities with product ownership and responsibility from definition to release to manufacturing.

- Direct, guide and participate in activities of a research or technical function responsible for silicon char, production testing, qualification, developing, modifying and evaluating electronic parts, components, integrated circuits for a variety of applications.

- Make assignments for team members, providing technical guidance as needed, developing schedules and monitoring progress throughout the project.

- Evaluate intermediate and final results of projects during the development phase and during silicon evaluation, to ensure accomplishment of technical objectives.

Minimum requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electrical & computer engineering, mathematics, physics or a related field of study

- XX years' work related experience

- Experience with USP and Testware, Eagle 364/500, LTX Fusion, Catalyst, Agilent 407x, Ultraflex

- ATE expertise

- Probe card hardware and circuit design experience

- Software development experience

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with ATE plaforms including:ETS364, ETS500, LTX Fusion HFI, LTX Fusion HT, Teradyne Catalyst, Teradyne UltraFlex, Agilent 4062 and 4071

- Experience with Agilent customer framework features and scripting

- Knowledge of Mbayse analysis for both TP and MP

- Knowledge of EDGE probe release system and probe build documentation

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Organizational Skills: Ability to work well with internal cross functional teams. Must successfully and appropriately interface with external customers. Project management, time management, multi-tasking, problem solving and communication (written and oral) are important skills in this role. Must be able to manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
