About this role
The successful candidate will be responsible for Co-Brand product marketing which includes developing annual plans to deliver Canada ICS customer marketing objectives, including marketing and operational excellence, customer relevance, scalable engagement and healthy returns on non-acquisition investments. The successful individual will coordinate across ICS stakeholder teams on the investment and marketing strategies to influence and execute the marketing plan. This individual will work in close partnership with non-acquisition investment stakeholders to complete post campaign performance analysis to evaluate their effectiveness to optimize impact and efficiency.
- University degree in marketing, business and/or professional experience in these domains.
- Experience in execution of digital marketing strategies and digital campaign management.
- Strong communication and influencing skills. This includes presenting to peers and being able to sell new ideas and solutions.
- Customer-centric mindset, with proven ability to craft initiatives, programs and campaigns that appeal to customers, merchants and internal business partners with a passion for driving results.
- Excellent relationship-building, collaboration, influencing, and communication skills across a diverse group of partners.
- Demonstrated multi-tasking, project management, attention to detail and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be proficient in use of Excel and Power Point and be comfortable with the rest of the Microsoft Office suite and adaptable to using emerging AI tools.
