As a Change Delivery Expert, you help translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, strong governance and aligned execution across business lines and countries. You will work at the heart of ING’s Data & Analytics transformation in a strategic, international and fast-moving environment.

The team

You will join the Data & Analytics Portfolio Office and report to the Head of Data & Analytics Portfolio Office.

The team supports Tribe Leads and the Chief Data & Analytics Officer in setting and executing ING’s Data & Analytics change delivery strategy. It oversees the global portfolio of Data & Analytics change initiatives, monitors alignment with ING’s strategic programs and provides transparent reporting to relevant stakeholders.

You will collaborate with delivery tribes across key banking domains, including Operations, Retail Banking and Wholesale Banking. You will also work with local Data & Analytics teams and colleagues in data management, technology, customer journeys, UX, strategy, partnerships and business development.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Change Delivery Expert, you connect strategy, execution and governance to accelerate ING’s Data & Analytics ambition. You will:

- Drive change delivery within and beyond ING Data & Analytics across business lines and countries.
- Translate ING’s Data & Analytics strategy into actionable roadmaps, delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
- Support the execution of ING’s ambition to become a data-driven digital leader.
- Manage the global Data & Analytics change portfolio together with colleagues, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with business value.
- Strengthen transparency and decision-making through structured portfolio reporting and governance.
- Coordinate stakeholders across business, IT and Data & Analytics in an international matrix organization.
- Engage senior stakeholders and communicate clearly about progress, priorities, dependencies and outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you bring:

- A master’s degree in business administration, providing a strong foundation for strategic decision-making and change delivery.
- More than five years of experience managing complex change projects or programs from initiation through delivery.
- A proven ability to achieve business impact in a global corporate environment and turn strategic ambitions into practical outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience advising and presenting to senior management.
- A strong affinity with Data & Analytics and IT, enabling you to connect business priorities with technology and data capabilities.
- The ability to bridge business and IT or Data & Analytics, with a clear focus on maximizing value.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity when coordinating across countries, teams and business units.
- Experience working in a matrix organization, which is a strong advantage in this global role.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
