Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative for our Family Medicine & Pediatrics at Winchester Square in Canal Winchester, OH.
- Full Time/Benefits Eligible
- Monday-Friday - 7:45am-4:45pm with one closing day per week ending between 5:00pm-6:00pm
- Canal Winchester, OH
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Checking patients in and out
- Verifying patient demographics and insurance
- Collecting Co-pays
- Scanning/Indexing
- Answering phones and directing to the proper office
- Scheduling of patients
- Documenting in Electronic Medical Records
- Opening and closing the office
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior medical office experience preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems preferred
- Must have proficient computer skills.
