About this role
工作职责：
- 负责高低压配电系统、变压器、MCC、配电柜、电缆系统、接地系统、避雷系统等日常技术管理。
- 负责UPS、柴油发电机、关键电源回路、控制系统电源等关键电气资产的维护策略和可靠性保障。
- 为生产运行和维修团队提供电气故障诊断、技术支持和维修方案审核。
- 担任电气PM/PPM Program Owner，建立并维护年度PM计划、PM工作包、维护频率、技术标准和执行要求。
- 针对重复性、重大或高影响电气故障组织RCA分析，应用5Why、鱼骨图、故障树等工具识别根本原因。
- 参与电气系统新建、改造、升级项目，负责技术方案审核、风险识别、施工质量控制和投产支持。
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，电气工程及其自动化、自动化、电力系统、机电一体化等相关专业。
- 5年以上工业企业电气管理或维护经验。
- 3年以上化工、制药、食品、精细化工或连续生产行业经验优先。
- 具备可靠性管理、PM体系优化或关键设备故障分析经验优先。
- 熟悉10kV供配电系统、MCC、继电保护、电机控制、UPS和关键电源系统。
- 熟悉PLC、DCS、SCADA、VFD等自动化和电气控制系统。
