Stage - Business Leasing Analyst (H/F)

POSITION SUMMARY

Within the Commercial Department, you will work closely with both national and international retailers and actively contribute to enhancing the value and attractiveness of our assets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial Analysis & Performance

- Support the monitoring of the Group's Leasing performance through the preparation of reports and dashboards.

- Conduct ad hoc analyses of retailers, shopping centers, and European markets.

- Contribute to the preparation of presentations and management reporting materials

Market Intelligence & Strategic Retailer Support

- Monitor retail market developments, emerging brands, and consumer trends.

- Prepare market analyses and benchmarks to support discussions with strategic retailers.

- Contribute to business reviews and retailer presentations

Innovation & Business Transformation

- Participate in identifying and deploying Artificial Intelligence use cases for Leasing teams.

- Gather business needs from teams across different countries.

- Support the implementation of new tools and digital solutions.

- Document best practices and lessons learned.

Cross-Functional Projects

- Support the team in monitoring Group projects and driving continuous improvement of tools and processes.

- Assist in preparing workshops, meetings, and internal communication materials.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education & Experience

- Currently enrolled in a Business School or Engineering School and seeking a 6-month internship starting in January 2027.

- Interested in commercial development, retail, real estate, and retailer-related business topics.

Technical Skills

- Advanced in Microsoft Office applications.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Strong analytical mindset and affinity for data.

- Interest in Artificial Intelligence topics.

- Fluent in English
